This public site describes MARA Forensics LLC and provides a contact address. It does not accept evidence, create a client account, schedule a collection or form a service engagement. Any collection, forensic review, fee, scope, delivery or retention commitment is governed by a separate written agreement with MARA.

Operator SMS program

MARA may send non-marketing operational text alerts to a single authorized MARA operator who has voluntarily enrolled. Alert types include collection requests, collection status, time-sensitive deadlines and support exceptions. Alerts direct the operator to the secured portal. They are not sent to clients or custodians. Enrollment is not required to purchase or receive MARA services.

To opt in, the operator must send the explicit consent statement described on the operator SMS page. Message frequency varies with operational events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the sending number to stop messages and HELP for support. You may also email support@maraforensics.com for help or to request that alerts be disabled. U.S. toll-free STOP blocking is managed by carriers; after STOP, text UNSTOP or START to the same number if you want to resume, and contact MARA to verify your enrollment.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery can be affected by carrier and device availability. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and consent information.
