MARA Forensics LLC (“MARA,” “we”) operates this public information website. This policy explains the information involved in visiting the site, emailing us, and voluntarily enrolling in our internal operator text-alert program. Collection engagements, evidence transfers and client portals have separate terms and processes.

Information we receive

Our website host, Cloudflare, processes technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and security events to serve and protect this site. This public site has no account sign-in, evidence upload, marketing inquiry form or advertising analytics. If you email support@maraforensics.com, we receive the address, name and information you send. Our business mailbox is hosted in Microsoft 365.

Internal operator SMS

Only an authorized MARA operator may enroll to receive operational collection alerts. The operator supplies a mobile number and an explicit consent statement by email as described on our operator SMS page. MARA uses that number and consent record to manage the alert program. If enabled, AWS End User Messaging processes the number and message content to deliver texts. The messages are designed to omit client and custodian identities, matter details, callback numbers and evidence content.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process the data needed to operate the program on our behalf.

How we use and keep information

We use website request data to operate and secure the site; emails to respond to inquiries and support requests; and operator consent data to administer or stop text alerts. We keep records for as long as needed for these purposes, security, and applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for collections or reports on this public site. Contact us to request correction or removal of your contact or SMS consent information, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.

Your choices and contact

An enrolled operator may reply STOP to the sending number to stop texts, or email support@maraforensics.com to request that MARA disable alerts. Reply HELP for assistance. For privacy questions or requests, email the same address. We may update this policy as the site or program changes and will post the effective date here.
