MARA Forensics LLC uses text messages only for an authorized MARA operator’s collection operations. The program is for collection requests, status updates, deadlines and support exceptions. It does not text clients or custodians. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
How the operator opts in
- Read the disclosures on this page and our linked policies.
- From a MARA business email address, send an email to support@maraforensics.com with the statement below. Include the exact mobile number that should receive alerts.
- MARA records the email and confirms that the sender is the authorized operator before configuring the number. Entering a phone number in an admin setting by itself does not enroll anyone.
“I am an authorized MARA Forensics LLC operator. I voluntarily consent to receive non-marketing operational SMS alerts about MARA collection requests, status, deadlines and support exceptions at [my mobile number]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. I have read the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions linked at maraforensics.com.”
SMS enrollment is optional and is separate from any service agreement. MARA must verify and record the consent before enabling the alerts. This page itself does not submit a number or enroll a visitor.
Stopping alerts or getting help
Reply STOP to the sending number to stop messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@maraforensics.com. On U.S. toll-free numbers, carriers manage STOP blocking; text UNSTOP or START to the same number if you wish to receive messages again, and contact MARA to confirm enrollment.
